Our Team

Belinda
Senior Support Coordinator
Belinda is a Senior Support Coordinator. In addition to supporting participants with complex needs, she provides leadership within the Support Coordination team by mentoring staff, contributing to service development and working with leaders across McCall to strengthen practice and maintain high-quality supports.
Belinda brings more than 12 years of experience across disability, mental health and community services. She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma of Welfare and a Diploma of Disability, and has extensive experience supporting people with psychosocial disability and complex mental health needs.
Belinda takes a thoughtful and practical approach to Support Coordination. She takes time to understand each person’s situation, listening carefully and working alongside families, providers and professionals to ensure supports are consistent, achievable and centred around the individual.
Her strengths include leadership, mentoring and navigating complex situations with calm, practical problem-solving. Belinda is committed to ensuring participants feel supported, respected and confident as they work towards their goals.
Outside of work, Belinda values time with family and community and enjoys catching up with friends. If there is music playing, she is usually happy to find her way to the dance floor.

Elissa
Support Coordinator
Elissa enjoys helping people work toward their goals and connect with the right supports. She values building genuine relationships with participants and families and enjoys the variety that each day in support coordination brings.
Elissa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has experience working as a support worker. She also brings valuable lived experience, having grown up alongside family members with autism, intellectual disability, mental health and physical disabilities. This has shaped her strong sense of empathy and commitment to supporting people to be treated with dignity and respect.
Elissa takes a strengths-based approach and enjoys getting to know each participant, understanding what matters to them and supporting them to build confidence and independence. She works alongside participants to navigate services, advocate for their choices and connect with supports that help them move toward their goals.
Outside of work, Elissa enjoys reading, music, gaming, spending time with family and trying new things.

Michelle
Support Coordinator
Michelle supports participants and families to navigate the NDIS and build supports that work in everyday life. She enjoys finding practical solutions that reduce stress and help people feel more confident in their journey.
Michelle brings both professional and lived experience to her role. She spent more than 20 years in corporate roles building strong communication, relationship and problem-solving skills. As a parent, she also understands the realities of navigating supports and advocating for family members.
Michelle takes a practical and person-centred approach. She listens carefully, gets to know each person and works alongside them to find realistic solutions and connect with the right supports.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys ocean swimming, reading, puzzles, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Melissa
Support Coordinator
Melissa enjoys building strong relationships with participants, families and providers. She works collaboratively with everyone involved to help participants feel supported, heard and empowered throughout their NDIS journey.
Melissa brings more than 20 years of experience in the community services sector. She has worked across Supported Independent Living, day programs, respite, youth programs and child protection, giving her a strong understanding of the needs of individuals and families.
Melissa takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to each participant. She supports people to explore their options, connect with the right providers and build supports that help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks and making the most of her weekends.

Kirsty
Support Coordinator
Kirsty enjoys the variety her role brings and the opportunity to support people to find the right services and supports. She values working alongside participants to ensure their choices and individual needs guide every decision.
Kirsty has worked at McCall for more than 10 years, beginning as a support worker in Day Programs before moving into Supported Independent Living. She later stepped into senior support roles and joined the Support Coordination team in 2025. Her experience working directly with participants has shaped her practical, person-centred approach.
Kirsty understands that every person’s journey is different. She focuses on helping participants explore meaningful options and connect with supports that work for them.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with family, relaxing with a good movie and hanging out with her cat.
