Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
SDA provides purpose-built homes for people who have specific environmental needs. These homes are designed to offer comfort, safety, and the right level of accessibility — so you can live more independently.
Only around 6% of NDIS participants are eligible for SDA, making it a highly specialised option. Our expert team can help you navigate the process and match you with a home that meets your needs, preferences, and goals.

Individualised Living Options (ILO)
