Disability Services Western Sydney Since 1954

McCall has been delivering trusted disability services in Western Sydney since 1954. Our story began when a group of parents sought to create a safe and inclusive place for their children with disabilities to live and thrive.

In 1954, founding member Mrs Hazel Nelson approached Sir William McCall, who generously donated land in Box Hill. What followed was a community-led effort — families volunteered their time, ran fundraisers, and built a place of care and belonging from the ground up.

Since then, McCall has evolved from a single residential facility into a leading NDIS provider, delivering disability support across the Hawkesbury, Hills Shire and Blacktown regions. We’ve grown our services to include Supported Independent Living, Allied Health, Community Participation, School Leaver Employment Supports, and more.

Our values have never changed. We remain focused on inclusion, choice, and empowerment. We aim to help each person live a life of purpose and dignity — in their own home, with meaningful connections, and in control of their journey.

We believe in continuous improvement, innovation, and evolving with the needs of our community. Our team works alongside participants, families, carers, and local networks to create sustainable, person-centred support.

From humble beginnings to a modern-day leader in disability support, McCall continues to be driven by compassion, advocacy, and respect.
