Sale of Terry Road

McCall Foundation has finalised a land sale agreement with Castle Group for Lots 102 and 103 Terry Road, Box Hill. The transaction was facilitated by Knight Frank with advisory support from Integrus.

This important step strengthens McCall’s ability to invest in services, facilities and opportunities that support people with disability and contribute to a thriving local community.

McCall will retain Lot 99 and move forward with plans for a 55-million-dollar Community Hub. The Hub will bring together allied health services, social and skills development spaces, corporate offices and activated heritage buildings including Box Hill House and Nelson Hall, creating an inclusive and welcoming place for connection, learning and participation
