Social Group for Teens
If you’re a 12-17 year old with a disability and are interested in enjoying some fun recreational activities, you’ve come to the right place.
Our Urban Explorers Group is perfect for people who are looking to make new friends, have new experiences and learn new things.
Our qualified Recreation and Lifestyle Officers are there to support every step, fostering choice, confidence and enjoyment.
Flexible attendance options mean you can join for a day, a few days, or more depending on your goals and availability.

Staff support costs are funded from an individual’s NDIS plan. The activity is not included and be an additional cost.
